<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p>
<p>Reporting to the Senior Director of Precision Engagement, the Senior Precision Engagement Manager will play a key role along with our Regional Business Leaders and Oncology Account managers to impact primarily through virtual engagement across regionally prioritized HCPs and geographies through a blend of data-driven decision-making, brand promotion, and collaborative regional support. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, are energized by data, and can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution. <br> </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><em>Brand Promotion and Virtual Engagement</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Promote Nuvalent products virtually across a defined geography, prioritizing outreach to targeted HCPs.</li>
<li>In territory promotion as strategically applicable</li>
<li>Expand team reach by covering lower-potential HCPs that may not be addressed through traditional field roles.</li>
<li>Strategically support Regional Business Directors and Oncology Account Managers to maximize their field effectiveness through supplemental virtual interactions.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Processing Data Intelligence to support patient finding</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Synthesize multiple data streams to determine the relevance of data and triangulate data into possible lead generation</li>
<li>Ingest and filter broad data sets to identify relevant insights and quality leads for follow-up.</li>
<li>Continuously assess intelligence to prioritize accounts and deliver impactful engagement strategies.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Provide Region support</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide additional support for RBDs and OAMs by identifying regional opportunities and facilitating HCP access.</li>
<li>Engage in regional oversight activities including patient-following efforts, regional segmentation, and engagement gap assessments.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, NP, MS, or related) preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales (oncology preferred), health care triage, or direct patient care experience in oncology (lung cancer).</li>
<li>Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Experience and competence using virtual meeting platforms.</li>
<li>Proficiency managing data and insights in a CRM or patient record database/charts.</li>
<li>Ability to work outside traditional hours with evening and weekend hours to cover calls and engagements across time zones.</li>
<li>Travel expectations will be ~10%.</li>
<li>Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize projects effectively, and communicate with cross-functional partners</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills)</li>

<p>The targeted salary range below reflects what Nuvalent reasonably and in good faith expects to offer for this position at the time of posting, but the final salary determination may be within or outside this range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, and market factors.
